The reason why the screen goes white is due to the gun controller for rail shooters at the time using white light to identify where the player is shooting.

Good video. Thanks for the shoutout btw. One thing though, you do know that you can play Typing of the Dead with the mouse too right? It let's you choose the weapons you use and upgrade them. Also the original Typing of the Dead is based on House of the Dead 2.
