  • I have never in my life enjoyed exercise. I'm autistic and have adhd. I've always struggled not only to be engaged but to enjoy the workout itself. Until now. THANKYOU Nicole for all you do. I've never in my life enjoyed moving my body, feeling my strength grow and sticking to it.
