3 weeks ago I watched your video. I suffered from prolapse, the feeling that something was coming out of my vagina and constant urination. I started doing your exercises and two days after doing them I felt better. 3 weeks of exercises and my prolapse is almost gone, I no longer go to the bathroom every 2 seconds, and I no longer feel heaviness of something coming out. Thank you so much, I appreciate you and your video.

This is Mrs Steve, thanks for introducing us to this simple procedure/exercise. VERY HELPFUL!

After doing the exercise for the very first time unintentionally my urine control has drastically improved. I can hold my urine for much longer periods. My stomach is much flatter also which was my initial intention for doing the exercise. I could not be happier, really.
  • I'm 29 and have extremely bad pelvic pain, dr told me it was from having my 2 children. This is the absolute worse pain ever! I am so thankful I came across your video in particular... it's very helpful and very understandable. I pray this helps me.

These are the same exercises but a better explanation than the pelvic video I bought. Thank you.
  • Thank you so much for your very clear explanation and demonstration of the 3 pelvic floor exercises. I was doing the kegel exercise wrong. I feel now much more confident I am helping myself correctly. Margaret
  • I watched many videos this one is far the best in explaining and covers complete pubic bone muscles. Thank you

Most of these comments are from ungrateful individuals, how disappointing. I used to have a pt during my pregnancy & now can't afford one! Therefore I'm highly appreciative of this video. They didn't have to offer, but they did. Get your minds right & receive as much help you can get. I'll b doing them. I'm in so much post-pardum pain in my pelvic & hip & I'm depressed for relief. The video was explanatory & understandable to repeat, my viewpoint!
  • Oh wow! I’ve been using more than just Kegel muscles! Thank you for this video!
