  • Interesting that he promotes kegels at the start, when a lot of PFPT's advise NOT to do them. Reverse-kegels seem to be the preferred method. Can anyone explain why?
  • Why showing the consulting scene. You explain benefits an demonstrate exercises .how many times each movements and how many in a day.

So for me, I can stop the flow of urine just fine, I can move my pelvic floor at will. But during an erection I feel the muscles that cause it get super tense and tight. And during the finishing process, those muscles start to tighten way more and hurt way more. During the day I can feel them tighten randomly too but not as much. I believe this began from years of none stop everyday overuse. Should I only be trying to relax those muscles or should I be doing what you said in the first part of your video and exercise them too? I'm just worried I make it worse if I do that. I'm 27 by the way.
  • Thank you for your attempts to help. But I would also like to criticize YT here. The backward, conservative and morally rigid requirements of this company are the reason why YT will soon no longer exist or that there will be better companies that will no longer stand in the way of people's health. An information and knowledge blockade such as YT should be abolished.
