    I am having ocd .I was having habit of holding poop after going once for freshen up.I think I have developed fecal incontinence.apart from this I used to sit in squat postures during bathing and cloth washing for 2 to 3 hours

    Mine happens most when I’m upright, and walking. Sometimes I don’t even feel it seeping out until I go to the bathroom, then I find a mess 😞 I’m in menopause and have just got a Perifit exerciser for the front, but I hope it will help the back too, what do you think?
