  • Hi Louise, I just want to say that I think this is going to be a great recipe. I think it would be fun for me to make with my niece and nephew. Also I want to say I know that you know me now because I’m always on your lives and stuff, but I just wanna say ever since you found out about me being blind you’ve described everything a lot different not that you did it for but I just want you to know that I notice how much more you’re being descriptive and I just wanna thank you for that because I’m sure that it is very hard for you to think about that while still doing all your recipes. Hope you have a wonderful day and I cannot wait to talk to you at the next Live, thank you for all you do you’re amazing
  • I discovered the Ninja is great for making bone broth. I made chicken stir fry using chicken broth to make my rice. Wow was it ever great tasting.

I love tater tots too but if I could make them homemade without all of the junk that are in store bought ones even better. I’m with your husband. Loaded tater tots would be better. I would feel good serving your recipe to my grandkids

I think I'm related to ur hubby πŸ˜‚. We like all the same foods. I'd just go a few extra minutes on those. Will try them this week.

Ohh man some red pepper flakes with a perfectly golden fry.. πŸ˜‹πŸ€€ imagine the smells in your house❀❀ maybe even a jalapeno with seeds in on a super small dice!!! Wow I'm not even hungry and can't stop thinking about food now....πŸ˜‚

Hi Louise, I love this recipe. Do you think this method would work for Latkas, potato pancakes or Hash browns? I have to grate onion for my crab ball and I use cheesecloth for that and when I use already prepared horseradish when I don't grate it myself. I am able to squeeze out all the juice without losing any of the product. You and Jeff have a great week. ❀
  • I look forward to trying these. I'm kind of surprised that you don't have to squeeze and blot the water out of the grated taters beore forming. I trust your recipes so Im going to go for this recipe soon. Thank you!

Russet potatoes arent readily available in NZ supermarkets so I'm going to have to find a suitable substitute.
  • Well now..I`ve always wondered if it was possible to make them from scratch! They look awesome! I am definitely gonna try them ! I have a question..do ya think you could shred the potatoes first & maybe partially steam cook them? Just thinking out loud lol Thanks for sharing your recipe!
  • @bigcat2520
