As a 90's kid, I never knew this movie existed. But there are many examples of movies like these during the 90's. If you have a movie with bright clothing and nonsensical plot, in the 90's it was guaranteed to be made.

Fun fact: This movie was written and Directed by Larry Swerdlove, whose son is Dan from the H3 Podcast. So Jon has met the director's son.
