Komodo Collective Bugfest 2023 (Raw Audio)

Published 2023-10-08
On September 16th, we had the honor of playing Bugfest for the second year in a row. The NC Museum of Natural Sciences hosts Bugfest every year, and it's the biggest bug-related celebration in the country. Naturally, we enjoy any opportunity to add our musical element to any event regarding nature, but this year was truly special. "Spiders" was the theme of the festivities this time around, so we invited our special friend, Spider, to sit in front of the stage and keep us company. We hope you enjoy... or not. It's a free country.

Komodo Collective Credits:
Marshall White - Bass Guitars
Colby Whaley - Guitars
Ryan Shiel - Keyboards
Lee Roberts - Vox on "Vermin", "Lovesick and Hopeless", and "Push Me"
Tim Pemberton - Guitars on "Speciation"
Andrew Harper - Drums/Vocals
William Bridges - Guitars
Chris Acker - Vocals/Guitars

More music soon to come, stay tuned.

Thank you again to The museum of Natural Sciences and all the volunteers involved for making Bugfest as big and as fun as It's become (If you've not been to the museum, what are you doing? It's so cool and it's FREE... like, this video will be here later, go now!).

Thank you again to our families, friends, and to Lee and Tim, for sharing a magical morning with us, and helping in all the little ways that you do (this film wouldn't exist without the help of someone special behind the scenes). You are what turned this into a collective.

Thank you again for reading, watching, and sharing this moment in time with us. We are ever-evolving and we hope you enjoy this journey into the unknown with us.

p.s. Spider has the soul of a man.
