Sitting up is a prob. and kneeling is a huge problem. Knees have been through too much.

My problem is not so much hip flexion, but severe knee pain from long injured knees. I used to be able to do a kind of plank using my hands and push up from there. The last two times I have fallen, I also injured my wrists and hands (broken). That made righting myself to my plank position impossible. What can I do to strengthen muscles that could help me stand without kneeling or putting pressure on my hands. I am 70.

Awesome video! Your content is incredibly engaging and well-crafted; it's obvious how much effort you put into it. However, I think your thumbnails could be more impactful to match the quality of your videos. I'm a professional thumbnail designer working with YouTubers like Dr. Tanvi Mayur Patel (361k), Dr. Sahaj Joshi (215k), and Healthy Forever (77k). With the right thumbnails, I believe your content could attract even more viewers. Would love to help you elevate your channel's visual appeal Looking forward to your response ☺️
