Kanto and Kansai??
When you think of Japanese egg sandwiches, the one that comes to mind is probably the Kanto style.
The Kanto style is a common egg sandwich enjoyed all over Japan🥚🥪
The Kansai style, on the other hand, is mainly eaten around the Kyoto area🥚🥪
In this video, I'll be making both styles and comparing them side by side🍴

Here’s a quick recap on how to boil the eggs: 1.place/ eggs straight from the fridge into 1 cm of boiling water. 2.Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. 3.After 5 minutes, turn off the heat and let them sit for 10 minutes. And they’re done!!
