I'm originally a Michelin-starred chef in French and Italian cuisine, and I also worked as a chef at a top-class Japanese restaurant! Now, I'm active as a chef specializing in French and Italian cuisine with a touch of Japanese essence overseas!

On this channel, I introduce not only traditional Japanese cuisine but also Japanese cuisine evolved to suit the tastes of people abroad, as well as recipes created based on data published in scientific papers!
