Prunes for Osteoporosis??
Published 2024-04-30
So many of you took my YouTube videos on the "Best Fruit for Osteoporosis" to heart and really doubled down on prunes! Yes, prunes are a surprisingly powerful tool for Osteoporosis and I love the commitment, but my dietitians have been seeing the effects of this increased carbohydrate load on new clients and asked me to give an update!
Huge shoutout to health coach @ediefeffer who took one for the team to track her prune intake with her continuous glucose monitor! You can see the results on her story for the next few hours that show the positive impact of prunes when your metabolism is thriving!
