POTS YOGA SEATED STRETCHES | Exercises to IMPROVE POTS | Pots Friendly Yoga Flow.

Hi friends,
Welcome to another video with me, Laurie, from LEMon yoga! As a yoga instructor who has POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) I like to share videos for those of you in the POTs community wondering how you can access mainstream exercise. I've done a real time flow for you today and I've come up out of poses as slowly as i needed to stop feeling dizzy. If you find you need even more time between poses then just pause the video and start again when you are ready. This POTS yoga flow is totally seated. These are my favourite seated stretches that work and move the whole body. Its very important with POTS that you try and exercise and there are exercises out there that really do IMPROVE POTS. This is coming from experience (although I am yet to find a cure for myself completely!) Please take todays POTS friendly yoga flow at your own pace and modify anything you need to.
