    I'm really sad to see that there aren't more videos out here like this, and that they aren't posting more. I would love to see variations and adaptions. I'm newer to my diagnosis. This workout was actually perfect ❤

    Great basics for the Levine Protocol, thank you! I was searching for a workout just like this until I see my new cardiologist in a month. My symptoms recently started flaring up. Thx, again!!

    I love this but one thing I would change is pausing the workout if you are going to stop counting while talking. I keep going and when she finishes her talk she says ok 6 left… no we did them while you were talking about something else. I love you guys tho
