I’ve been suffering with PPPD for the past 14 years, because every specialist was sending me to a psychologist instead of trying to find the possible cause. They simply didn’t believe me because I look normal. I found the diagnosis alone, because no one in the whole country knows it, and I hope to recover.

These are the same exact vestibular exercises my therapist had me do for weeks and at home 3 times daily ,along with a couple more. They really do work, thanks for sharing for people that can't attend rehab, for whatever reason.

Finally a comprehensive video with a summary of all the cases that could cause vertigo :) it seems most doctors only know BPPV and labyrinthitis.
  • Dr Murli , u r really great human being. Giving so much accurate information to those who needs it. Thanks. God bless

Also did similar exercises daily with only some improvement … cause the main reason for the vestibular problem seemed to be from living with 3 bio- hazards( I’m told) including leaking gas & also mold! At first didn’t believe this… but check your environment to see if it’s making matters worse!
  • thank you. I've been trying to do this at least twice daily. On week 3.

I have PPPD. Persistent postural-perceptual dizziness. That's a condition that's not mentioned very often. These exercises can help with it too. I need to do my exercises.

Just what I was looking for. I end up in hospital for a week, do to this condition then end up going to rehab, was in there for another week before going home. I end up in wheelchair cause it's a pretty bad. 😵😫😖 Body shakes do to the imbalance can't walk much with out support but I'm determined on getting better with practicing exercises and support. 😳 It's hard to to have eye control. 😫😵😭 Not giving up. ❤❤❤ lot's of prayer.
