You put a name to an issue I’ve had for 5 months. I’m nearly in tears. I have a specialist appt with a Dizzy/Balance team on Friday. They’re going to help me get through this. I suffered a whiplash accident - that spurred all of this. Thank you so much!!

I must say.....Thank You very much for highlighting this and bringing this condition to the forefront. I have Cervical Spine issues aplenty. C3-C7 are arthritic, the facet joints have OA, various disc bulges, DDD throughout my entire spine, I have a Military Neck [loss of the curve - lordosis], even T1 & T2 have spondylioethesis. Similar spinal conditions in other areas L2, L3, disc bulges imnto the front & rear, L5-S1 Spondylioethesis , OA in my Knees and hips. I've come to learn How Crucial Cervical Instabilities are! Occiptal Headaches thru to the top of my head, Temporal pains, ewye and ear pain, TMJ, Chronic Sinusitis, Tinnitus , Lightheadedness (like getting off a boat), evne IBS , and Bladder /Bowel Incontinence. People don't realize that Cervical Instabilities can wreak Havoc. It can affect the Vagus Nerve (s) [there is one on each side of your neck], the 10th Cranial Nerve from the Brain connecting all vital organms and controlling your parasympathetic Autonomous Nervosus system. I'm 71, a retired male, who has suffered with Spinal Spondyliosis for decades. Forward head Posture has done plenty of damage. I've been doing years of research about all of this. Doctors, including 6 Spinal /Neuro Surgeons visited tell you little. You are responsible for your Health. This is good video. Chck out Caring Medical - Dr. Ross Hauser for more info on Cervical Instabilities. !!

I don’t have a doctor appointment until September 7th. But this is the first thing that sounds relevant to what’s happening to me. The ER told me vertigo, but it’s not on just one side. It’s kinda everywhere, but steaming from the back of the neck. I went to the chiropractor on August 1st, and this all started august 2nd. It’s very very depressing. I just wanna feel okay 😢. But it’s getting better as the days go by. Today is day 21. The first week I thought I was dieing with a brain tumor. Mine hits me when I’m moving. Walking. Driving, etc.

Great detailed process and explanation! With it, I just determined that I do not have vertigo, it's cervicogenic dizziness. Thank You... subscribed.

Now i'm 80% sure it's a cervical issue. Your info has been helpful, i wish you were nearby, i'd be in line to be treated by you lol, thank you tho.

Thank you so much for the video! I definitely feel pain in all the tests you've shown. But whats weird is I've experienced some sort of anxiety where its very constant and debilitating to go about my day which started from neck pain. Do you know if this is a side effect of cervicogenic dizziness? Dizziness and pain is one thing that I can handle because its physical but the anxiety is just unbearable. I don't feel like myself at times.

Doctor, do I have to do all of these exercises in sets of 2-3 or can I just stick to one exercise and do several sets of it everyday?
  • @user-sm6yk7vz5u
9:26 is it normal to feel just a bit discomfort or should I like feel nothing at all while doing that test?
  • I am having problems with vertigo only when i lay back turning my head to my right, and have sourness on lower right side of neck below right ear .
  • hi ,thanks for the video , i did a magnetic ,and the diagnosis was myelopath and disk stenosis plus some osteopythes ,and i fell dizzinnes some times in day specially after my neck is tired (or getting up from bed ) and more often after the noon.My doctor said that the dizziness is not caused by your stenosis ,and my otolaryngologist after did the epley test for ears said that my problem is from the neck muscles and even if I make a surgery on disc I will have the same problem. What is your opinion on this?
