We hit an iceberg in Greenland. This is our last port stop on our UK, Ireland, Iceland, and Greenland cruise on the Caribbean Princess. Today's port of call is Nanortalik, Greenland. Don ‪@Donsfamilyvacations‬ and I explore the town including the old church, the face rock and the open museum and we score a ride on boat tour to the icebergs for an up close viewing of these meassive pieces of ice.

I love watching Tony experience new things. His inner child comes out. It makes me smile every time. And I always feel like I was on the tour with him. Thank you.

I have thoroughly enjoyed Iceland so very much. I don’t want it to end. It’s so very beautiful, interesting, and serene. I can’t thank you enough for everything you have shown us. It’s the next best thing to being there. I love everything you show us. Thank you, Tony 🙏😊

This whole itinerary has been amazing to experience vicariously through you and Don. The glimpse into the life of the seaside villages and the amazing scenery has added this to my bucket list. I love the well kept colorful homes and how they pay homage to their past.

Tony your smile says it all. So glad that you and Don had an amazing time. Thank you for sharing your adventure with us all. Safe travels to you both.

I commented before I saw the icebergs. The icebergs alone would be worth the trip. They are absolutely stunning! They are so beautiful. The colors are gorgeous. How wonderful to actually see them up close, and get to touch them. It’s otherworldly. National Geographic worthy video. Thank you for taking us along!

We were in Nanortalik last August. We did a similar iceberg tour and after 30 cruises I can say it's the most unique experience I've had and probably my absolute favorite excursion.

Looking at Greenland through your eyes has been a real treat. It’s like we are right there with you. Iceland and Greenland are now on my bucket list….the photo ops look to be spectacular. What a Blessing that you and Don found a glacier tour in a small boat at an affordable price. Thank you so very much for sharing.
  • Hi Tony. Very early start to your day. Glad you were able to find a less expensive tour. That was a big difference in price. $10. To tour the museum was well worth it also. Plenty of time to look around at your own pace. The ice burgs....Wow!!! Being able to touch one as well. Definitely worth the cost on that tour. It's amazing how much of the ice is under water. The blue in the ice, absolutely gorgeous. As always thank you for all you do. That was amazing! ❤
  • Incredible. I cruised to Greenland end of May, and the iceberg fields were amazing, but the colors you are recording from the icebergs are breath taking. Thank you for taking us with you.

Tony, I’m stopping here in the restroom line to make a comment before the iceberg tour. Your videos make me feel like I’m there with you and Don! On my June 2016 trip, we visited the towns of Tasiilaq (helicopter access only) and Kulusuk (WWII U.S. base was there.) Tasiilaq has its dump (not a landfill, since there’s no soil to cover the garbage) right at the edge of town, and the stiff winds blow the lighter stuff (mostly plastic bags) all over town. I went to a church service in their much smaller, not-ornate church, and it was cool trying to sing hymns in their native language. I envy you getting to see the museum and the observation tower! You are so generous to share these experiences with your viewers! Now - to finish watching!

Thanks for taking us along with you amazing Mother Natures art gallery icebergs.😊
  • @debbie8935
Fabulous ❤❤❤ Well worth $150. The outdoor museum was interesting, but the ICE FIELD, WOW!!
  • Iceberg ice is the best in your drink. It can last all night when you are partying. A sewing needle tapped by a butter knife is the easiest way to chop off a chunk of a Bertie bit. It’s awesome. Newfoundland is my home. We have so much to explore.
