I was doing this to my baby boy since he was 1 year old and now he is 1 year and 7 months he knows already all the letter sounds, he knows how to count 1-10 and telling over 150 words that we can understand english and Spanish, since his dad is Spanish and I am a Filipina. Thanks to you Judy.

Great information! I like this paired with lots of fun activities that would help with letter recognition. Puzzles, books, hiding letters in a sensory bin, hiding letters around the room, etc are very engaging for little ones.
  • Hello Jady! I would like to thank you, I have been watching your channel for years and I pick up your ideas all the time, they really work!!!

My baby when she was little played with books a lot and showed interest in reading around 13 months, I didn’t know about this until this video cross me but this is exactly what I did because I didn’t want to force reading or make it seem like she was learning. We where doing this in a very fun way and at 18 month she was already reading!

true..no joke. With letter sounds my kid was reading at three. Make sure they know the sounds well. This is important and then they will put the blends together. Also can make a book of uppercase letters and have them do the sounds instead of index card.
  • Thank you! I really needed something to help my little read. They simply weren't getting it but this works great!
  • @leeleebaby6380
I love your channel.... My daughter is not even one yet, and she says her letter sound's, ABC's, color's, animal sound's, naming the animals, and counting from 1 to 20... I love your teaching methods too 🙌🏽💖💖✨...
