Jady I started using your method when my son was 18 months and he’s now 3 and blows people away at how amazing of a reader he is. He’s going to be 4 and they want him to start kindergarten next year and he was moved up to preschool at 3

I don’t have children yet but I am familiarizing myself with this content! I am also an educator! I love your passion! This is heartwarming and quite satisfying to watch! Thank you!❤️❤️❤️

You are amazing and a wonderful teacher with your children! Thank you for inspiring others ❣️
  • So glad I found this video! I started with sight words per advice from a former teacher turned homeschool mom but will be switching to teaching my daughter to decode first immediately!!!
  • I looooove your videos!! I am a stay at home mom to a little 21 month old right now and love your toddler ideas but I'm also getting my mind prepped for more of this type of homeschooing in the future. Definitely saving all these videos! I used to teach kindergarten and never realized it helps to decode FIRST and not even do sight words yet. Such a good idea!
  • I’ve been using this method for over a year now and my son knows dozens and dozens now. Great method.

I like that word board. Thank you for sharing this. I just bought it from Amazon. I like that I can use this individually or small groups. This format also looks easy for children to insert word cards. For some, every little hands on activity is golden. 😁💖
  • I have been watching you for over year; you are a great inspiration to me. I am a new grandmother of 2 and I am excited about teaching them , thanks to you. God Bless you.

How I love your videos. I take your ideas, translate them into French and use them to teach my grandson. I cannot tell you how much your videos have helped me. Thank you.

This is so great - I love your videos SOO much. I am having a hard time getting my son to want to learn to read. He is 5 and I just can't seem to get his attention or interest in learning to read or do schoolwork. Any tips for children that are reluctant learners???
  • I just want to say you are gifted! And thank you for all the videos. My son is almost three and a half he has significant speech delay (bilingual family). He has started speaking now and I will work with decoding once he turns four and starts KG1 and continue on.

Do you recommend completely finishing alpha phonics before starting sight words?
  • @BHall-tw4ye
The problem is in the school systems, the teachers slide past phonics and move right into sight words. I witnessed this is a volunteer program I worked with. The second graders could not sound out any words. It is a disaster.
