About The Woodworking Nook

My name is Matt and this is the Woodworking Nook. I am on a journey to build a practical, efficient, and small workshop. I build furniture that is used throughout the home and will show you ways that I have found to build large pieces in a small shop. Quality furniture built with economical tools is the foundation of this shop.

My primary cutting tool is a track saw. This keeps the space needed for the shop down. In addition to furniture builds, I will have videos on upgrading the shop and why I have done certain things in my shop. I have always had the motto of, “How difficult could it be?”. So I try to figure out ways to do things. I am no professional woodworker or expert, but enjoy figuring it out.
