  • I have been wondering if I’ll get over that ‘last hump’ of healing. But this video is sooo true! Apathy 😂 I needed to just begin living normally! Over the weekend I went to a festival for 8 hours and I was dancing and jumping around!! The floor did feel slightly bouncy after jumping but it faded away! I paid no attention to it at all. I ate whatever the hell I wanted as well 😁 and the next day I felt completely fine and I went to my friends BBQ all afternoon! Just wanted to give everyone hope that this gets SO much better ♥️💪🏼

Im finally at the last mile!😀But I was also pushing through on day 1 of MdDS ( I’m 10 months in) when I was at my worst: walking, grocery aisles, screens, spiking after driving, planes/traveling - I pushed through it all. I had to, Im single, live in LA and always a lot to do. People may think thats stressful but for me I have a lot of energy. I think that’s why I never had triggers because I kept pushing through! But yes, apathy is key!
  • I got PPPD March 1 2023 Because of you I have 90 % recovered. I feel like I’m on my way out . This video is what I needed. Thank you !

i’m day 7 of MdD, hearing about this and finding out was probably the worst and biggest trigger of all. Considering i’m only 20 years old I had a mental breakdown just questioning my life, and wondering if it’ll ever be the same again? Will ever get to go on boats, travel, hang with friends at movies or parties, everything that would just trigger it again. But finding you definitely helps and I think knowing how to control it now at such an early time can hopefully make it easier for my brain to bounce back!

It is such a relief when you find ppl who "get it".
  • I love every video you post! I got PPPD in october 2021, and I am 90% better now, but when I started to handle my dizziness I got reflux and lumpfeeling instead. But I also think this aproch will help me get over that. ❤️

I'm back at this video a year after I first watched it. It's amazing how many times I thought I was at the last turn for it not to be so. There's just so many stages of recovery in this journey and new things that arise that I need to deal with 🫶 However after 20 months now, I really feel I've hit a plateau. I do not fear the symptoms, I fear I won't get past this bit. And that's where apathy comes in now I guess. Thankyou Dr Yo ❤

This was interesting information, sometimes when walking now (think of myself as a drunk walking) I say to myself so what just let it happen, and I feel better for doing it ,but didn't know why....thanks so much for sharing.

Thank you so much, it is very encouraging. I really appreciate your videos! 👍🙏
  • Thank you, appreciate all your help on my journey of healing. Staying positive is key. Love yourself through your healing

Thanks Yonit. Yes apathy and indifference is so important, if somewhat challenging at times! Xx
  • Thanks Dr. Yo. this video exactly relates to where I am in my journey. I’ve resumed walking daily but have swapped outside walks for the treadmill as it allows me to hold on to the bars and outside walking for distances beyond a few hundred feet is one of the few situations that continue to trigger marshmallow walking/visual wobbliness. I would love to see you and Dan Buglio do a video together some time. Lots of what he shares can be applied to dizziness but I appreciate that you both have different backgrounds and are bringing your own talents, skills and experience to the world.
