“Thank you” doesn’t begin to describe it. Your channel is like medicine to me. Especially Daniel’s story of what happened before his CFS kicked in has an almost eerie overlap with my story. Thank you!
  • @qwyncys3077
People who recovered from CFS have become my inspiration. Their testimonies are now my medicine. 😊
  • @Star5dg
What an incredible human Daniel is offering free recovery service on his website. That to me is someone that must have truly suffered and wanted to give back. Nothing but respect mate. Long may your good health continue
  • “I’ve always chased happiness until I realized I didn’t need to do anything for it” 🤯🤯🤯

I have recovered about 80 % from this illness. I just started looking at other peoples stories. I would love to share mine. Most of the things that i did were instinctual and others fueled by the knowledge i had about the power of the mind, my faith in a higher power and faith in myself as well, better nutrition ect. I have severe childhood trauma and i have come to learn that is also a factor. I am on a mission to help others and continue to learn more. We are the self healers 💙 much love and much encouragement to those currently suffering with this debilitating illness. You CAN get better, yes you can.

Dude the depth this guy is going too is insane, 🎉 I’m so happy to find the video, I’m currently really going through some wicked things and this video gives me hope

Irene lyon the trauma specialist talks about titration , processing trauma in a regulated way , gradually. Trapped trauma is definitely part of the puzzle. This is a kind of spiritual breakthrough that started daniel's recovery. Dan neuffer said often people who recover reach a lowest point before breakthrough. Fantastic guy, so pleased for him and wish him all the best.

As i am healing; i am seeing that this comes from childhood as well. So much of Daniel's story resonates with me.
  • Thanks guys, I’m broke and in a lot of pain, there’s a place in heaven for you both! Hats off to you both, it’s a pity that some others who have suffered and recovered, and appeared for free on Raelens show ,then on that premise ,start there own recovery programmes, for ridiculous prices .I.e Jason ! Dan Nueffer’s price is fair, for the broke suffering, cfs health prices are a complete rip off, but raelen and Daniel, you both come from such a deep ,loving place.!Thank you both for your love, and the example you set!!

15:53 „I’ve learned to live without thoughts because it wasn‘t useful“. I can totally relate to this and think it is key advice when trying to recover from ME/ CFS. Just surrendering to whatever appears in consciousness and not engaging with it at all. If there is a piercing headache, so what, I will not comment or get worried about it. Just let it be and accept it. Once we stop caring about the pain and don’t identify with it, we’re not afraid anymore, which will reduce any stress on the nervous system. Eventually the nervous system will stop triggering immune responses because it will realize there is no danger, no threat to us. Really great interview, thank you both 🙏

I have been diagnosed with me/cfs in January this year after 10 years of suffering and no help. I'm so new to the recovery and just today thought I'll have a look what's out there on YouTube. I came across two videos which one was incredibly vague story and promoting someone's miraculous program, another one was promoting cooking book of someone that has recovered by healthy eating and third was this video. I'm yet to discover what this channel is to offer but I soaked every word Daniel was saying and your questions were spot on. At no point I felt like this could be a rehearsed conversation or, that anyone was trying to sell me something. Daniel has said few interesting things which I have already thought myself like I possibly was already on the way to develope cfs when I was a child. Those thoughts came through my head a while ago. There is so much for me to discover but I truly hope that those who say I can't recover after such long time and should get myself disabled badge for my car, are wrong.

I tried the beach in Mexico to heal. Didn’t help fatigue but I seem to sleep better there

This guy is literally a hidden gem! I don't know how you found him but thanks for this great interview. He is going to have a huge success as a coach.
  • @releasecfs
I like this recovery story haha. Thanks Raelan!
  • @ruigalhoz4188
Genius - to force yourself into the crash so we can demonstrate what causes a crash and the safety of it all! Thank you for an amazing podcast
  • @evonne315
This is what I think is the key its has to be mostly emotional work / trauma work at the core. I have been diving deep into healing my emotional and childhood wounds. This is really overlooked by doctors they look at diet, vitamins, drugs, ect. I think its the first step!! But it's the hardest nobody wants to do this.
  • So relate to this. I had a similar turning point where I gave up everything I wanted to be and just allowed myself to be sick. That brought my body into the healing state. Still healing!
  • @KWilliams22
What a beautiful soul 💖 I found the bit about the crash actually very reassuring...that you can get out of it very quickly as you've learnt what you need to do. I am finding that too!! 🙏 thank you 😊
  • @Hannah-dr1rl
Thank you both so much for this interview, it really spoke to me as I've found emotional healing to be the main aspect of my healing journey so far. I've realised it helps for me to think of myself as a piece of clay on a pottery wheel (bare with me here 😂). If the clay is not centred, it wobbles. When you try to build it up, it will get more and more unsteady until it collapses. This is how I felt before I got sick. I was always off centre, trying to please other people rather than myself, with other people's expectations pulling me in different directions and causing my emotions and health to be all over the place. I can now feel myself becoming more and more centred, being content with who I am in this moment. The more centred I become, the easier it is to stay steady and peaceful as I build myself up <3
