It's not about how many women should we have in high positions , it's about how competent our leaders should be? regardless to their gender , it's not about the equality of the number , it's about capability.

We've all heard this before. Equality of outcomes over equality of opportunity. One is unfair to everyone else, the other is actually fair.
  • We want video on "We still have few women as brick layers Now what ?"

We still have too few women in leadership. Now what? The answer is QUE SERA, sera. Whatever will be, will be. If people want someone to be a leader, let them be! Be it male or female! There are a number of women who can lead well, and do exceptionally great at it. Men for the most part are more strict, methodical, and decisive, and do great at mechanical tasks. Women are more compassionate and empathic leaders. (If they're not corrupted by fe-) So pick whoever you want. One excels at something, and the other also excels at something.

Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni is laughing at this presentation
  • Equality does not necessarily mean that 50% percent of leaders have to be women. What you're saying in this talk can be said to men who don't have these qualities. Most of the qualities that are found in leaders are in men, because life as a man is different from women, and i say this in general, of course there are women who have tougher lives than most men, but generally men have a tougher life, which leads them to becoming stronger and more confident. That is why most of leaders are men. I am not against making women leader, in fact I support them. I just wanted to say my opinion because it is far more enjoyable than studying for my tomorrow's test.

Who cares what the gender of a leader is, it literally does not matter, what matters is how good they are at it

I think it's important to ask if women in general are just less willing to take leadership jobs. Take a survey among men and women asking if they would want a leadership job and if the results don't meet the reality then you can conclude if there's an actual problem or not.
  • What is the percentage of women who are willing to sacrifice their private lives to their professionnal, as compared to that same ratio in men?
  • "The wisdom of women must come to the fore if society is to advance, if humanity is to adapt to the changing conditions of the world and if greater competition, conflict and war are to be avoided. These natural endowments must be given the freedom to emerge, not only for the well-being of the individuals involved, but also for the well-being of the whole world and all of humanity." What’s unfortunate is no matter how much talk is directed about this issue, we still have a long way to go in acceptance of women in leadership positions by our male counterparts.

Happily married stay at home mom here....I have the best job and I love it. Why do women today care more for a career than children?
  • Why suddenly talk about representing women in leadership roles, why only the c-suite? Why don't we talk about representing women in all professions equally? We should have quotas for women in every single profession. Then we will achieve the DREAM of diversity.

Some people really don’t have understanding of the world and life
  • I work in a company of over 150k employees and there are opportunities (even at some point pressured) but higher roles are working 14 to 18 hours a day. And men work it without an issue, but women mostly rather have that free time. (and all our top leaders are men) i assume this might be a good reason to certain percentage. (can't talk all as this is my personal experience on this one company)
