The Doctor forgot to include one thing: Sleep! Make sure you get eight hours of sleep every night. When you rest is when your hormones balance themselves

Great advice on forgiveness and resentment as well as the diet stuff.  So true.  Thanks for pointing to the Bible too without preaching.  Ignore the guys that are afraid of the mention of God

I really respect you Dr. for addressing the emotional and spiritual aspect of this problem because I hadn't even considered it. I've been struggling with Low T at age 32, because of medication and lifestyle. I am doing everything I can to incorporate everything you've discussed in this video into my life. Thank you for all the wisdom and time you took to produce this video and others like it. Respect.

the unforgiveness and resentment part is so right :(
  • Dr. Axe, you taught me some things that I didn't know. I was completely unaware that frustration, bitterness, and anger no matter how slight has an effect on ones testosterone. So glad we have a God who specializes in matters of the heart.

Dr. Josh Axe, love watching your healthy benefits advice videos the most amazing thing about you is you sharing your “FAITH” and pointing people to the Bible and what’s most important is to mentioned “FORGIVENESS” towards others and to have that relationship with Jesus Christ

When you say that intermittent fasting boosts testosterone by 400%, does that only apply if you have low testosterone to begin with? If someone with optimal testosterone does intermittent fasting, will it boost their test by 400% as well?
  • Thank you for pointing out unforgiveness and going to God’s Word. These are neglected but this is the core truth that we need to know.
  • @ronegan2840
Well done Doc! It should come as no surprise to anyone that your Creator knows what's best for you, spiritually and physically.
  • @CedarloreForge
Awesome words man! Was so happy to hear you say the biggest and truest emotional factors of resentment and forgiveness. Forgiveness is always good for everyone no matter the worldview obviously, but it's so much deeper and truer with Christ as your foundation So thanks for being real honest and bold by saying that factor :) Thumbs up!
  • Not everyday that I get to hear someone with a Spiritual approach to medicine. Also, not one time did I get pitched any products. Well done! You now have a long time listener. Thank you.
  • At 69 years of age And having never worked with weights (hand was in my case) I never expected to see my muscles actually buffing up and drastically firming up and they are! Yes, I am impressed.
