  • One thing to note regarding the non organic meat as an exception is Bison in the US; In the United States, the use of synthetic hormones, including those you mentioned such as zeranol, trenbolone acetate, and melengestrol acetate, is prohibited in bison production. Bison raised for meat in the U.S. are not administered these hormones, as federal regulations prohibit their use in bison farming. As a result, consumers can typically find hormone-free bison meat in the market.

    One often overlooked aspect is all the elastane and polyesters in clothing and particularly socks and gym shoes, trainers. Our feet are extremely absorbing and we wear those all day long, sweating in them with close skin contact. Detrimental.
