  • Every low lying areas should have early warning siren's to give more people time to react

My prayers to the people and families of kentucky that were affected or impacted by the flood. Does anyone see a pattern here. Why does it always take tragedy or destruction for people to become good samaritans. Is this the cure for humanity and for civilization. Times like these is when people show who they really are. I ask those that can help with money or resources. Let's help these people. And show what it is to be an american!
  • I'm from NC and just want to say that I am very sorry for what has happened to our Kentuckians. Prayers to you all, I feel your pain. On a different note I want to say that I'm deeply saddened by the many disturbing comments that I've seen on here. The lack of love and compassion just to push your political opinions or views is very disturbing to say the least. In times of trouble in the end we are all Americans and help each other instead of the opposite! If you can't make a good comment please don't make one at all! Love and prayers to Kentucky and it's people ♥️🙏♥️🙏♥️🙏 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇸
  • That was a good presentation for how the state is working to help people in this section of east Kentucky ravaged by the flood. Credit to Andy Beshear for his leadership on this disaster.

  • I live in Kentucky and I witnessed the flood. My neighborhood and others lost power and internet. My grandmother’s home was covered in water. My neighbors house went underwater. Other one of my neighbors has a disabled son and he got trapped for hours and almost died. I wish I could do something to help. I’m praying for my home and the lives of innocent people.
  • Prayers to all who are affected. ...love from Kansas
  • I’m so sorry you lost your husband. She is very precious and her community as well. A dumpster floating downriver? Yes, I would never imagine that a dumpster floats. Strong flow of water.

It's wonderful that they are all helping each other. However, you can still detect the undertone of politics, even in this devastating emergency.
