I was concerned about cervircogenic dizziness because I have had neck problems. I went to a specialist and she took me off a medication that I had been on for several years. My dizziness was gone in two days and probably never needed that medication. Don't forget the side effects of long-term use of medications. (Sorry pharmaceutical companies.)
  • Tried many things for many years to help with this awful feeling of tightening neck muscles, pain, panic, and the feeling that I'm about to faint. This short straight to the point vidio has helped me a lot. Thank you.

Wouldn’t it be better if you can video the movement instead of showing a picture with arrows only ?
  • Man i couldn't believe that a simple exercise would cure my dizziness i was like feeling in a boat and sometime feels like am falling backward it was horrible now gone after 2 days no weights needed , left side tinnitus gone too Thank you so much
  • Crazy how low B12 can cause dizziness. I took Vitamin 12 via injection and it did wonders for me

Will try this but have to tell you the background music was TORTURE!
  • Finally. An explanation for the dizziness I feel. Posture. My neck leans forward quite a bit, almost like I have a hump on my back. After trying your exercises I feeL like I can finally cure myself through repetition of them. I also tried a friends inversion table and felt immediate relief.

Dr. THX for this iNfo. Your description of Cervicogenic conditions of dizziness is solid, but even a little short of what Cervical Instabilities can do to your entire body. I have CI (C3-C7 and T1-T2 disc issues and DDD with Facet Joint arthritis and a Military Neck (loss of the curve). CI can not only cause Dizziness, Imbalance, Vertigo, but Tinnitus, Chronic Sinusitis, ear & eye pains, even in some doctors' opinions: IBS , Chest Pains , and Bladder / Bowel Incontinence. The upper Cervical discs as you know, allow for the channel of he Vagus Nerve(s) - thear are 2 - 1 on each side. The Vagus Nerve is The Motherlode of all Cranial Nerves affecting the entire parasympathetic autinomic Nervous system. I'm no doctor , however after mnay years of research seeking Relief from my spinal maladies including Fibromyalgia. These exercises are very good and fortify waht I have learned as well. I will subscribe.

It became much worse after a very bad manipulation from a chiro..I stopped seeing him & found another 6 mos. later. She began working on my neck, and now I have dizziness again! Today at the point of listing way to my right..no spinning just dizziness in my head & eyes. Seems like they are working together against me!😱. I immediately tried your exercises, and, voila’! My wife was dx with cervicogenic dizziness 6 months ago. She has done PT and all these exercises. No help, we now know she has pppd there is no quick fix for this. It's quite common and often mis diagnosed. Symptoms are woozyness, made worse by walking thru the grocery store etc. It's not spinning vertigo more a constant feeling of spaced out and made worse by walking in busy visual areas as mentioned. If you have this research and find the right help. Many people suffer for years before they figure it out.
  • I don't understand the first exercise. The picture is Too stationary and would be easier if you showed side view if yourself doing the exercise
  • This is excellent! I dont have dizziness but i have been lying in bed too much due to a knee injury. Im just beginning to work on walking more and exercising. I'll add your exercises to my routine.

Hey Marrow, if you kill the background music you'd be much better to understand.
