It has taken quite a labor to identify all these exercises but I am fairly certain that these are proper enough to be titles. If any are wrong or a mistake please do correct me as I am not certain to what that is. SUMMARY: A1 Seated Deep Breaths 3 - 5 breaths A2 Pike Fold Position 30 sec / 3 - 5 breaths A3 Seated Twist Pose (Left) 30 sec A4 Side Lying Chest Opener (Left) 5 Reps A5 Upward Dog Position 10 sec / 1 - 2 breaths A6 Low Lunge Hip Flexor Elevated Assistance (Left) 30 sec A7 Low Lunge Push Hip Flexor (Left) 30 sec A8 Low Lunge Hip Flexor Elevated Assistance (Right) 30 sec A9 Low Lunge Push Hip Flexor (Right) 30 sec A10 Upward Dog Position 10 sec / 1 - 2 breaths A11 Side Lying Chest Opener (Right) 5 Reps A12 Seated Twist Position (Right) 30 sec A13 Lying Chest Opener 3 - 5 mins If you are wondering yes there is a change as I have swap A11 and A12 in there true position. However I did only because of the sake of convenience nothing more as I personally see it. Thank you and sweet dreams...
