I'm still hanging in there! This is just a little update on how I'm currently doing. I hope to have a little more positive news in the future. And hopefully get back to making videos a little more cheery, like how there's no God and everything's meaningless hahahahaha.

  • Here's something that helped me: When we see a negative stimulus, a reaction is produced in our bodies. You know what it feels like. Tenseness in your chest, hard to breathe, all that. And THEN we apply an emotion to that physical sensation. Emotion does not cause the tightness. We sense the tightness, and we attach an emotion to it. The sensations are 'external' to our minds. They are inflicted upon us, for lack of a better term. But we are the ones who attach the emotion. And once you are aware of that, you can learn to disconnect the emotional part from the feeling. You can't not feel the tension in your body. But you can not be bothered by it.

It takes a lot of courage to speak about mental health struggles. Thank you for sharing. Keep on keeping on. 🫶🏼

Hang in there! The fact that you're being open about this will definitely help other people. Good luck!

Great to hear from you Joe! I'm sad to know that you are going through this. I have deep respect for you for talking about your mental health in your video. I think that you can help many people including yourself. : ) I can totally relate to the things you've said. I've never experienced panic attacks but have experienced anxiety and depression. Oh, and I love your rambling. Ramble on! Thanks for letting us know about the Wendy's Chili Copycat recipe. I've always wanted to try that. Yes, post more Vids! Till next time...Your friends K & L
