Before the whole profile UI update, Coach’s avatar was visible until the next patch or two later where they turned it into a black silhouette. Before that patch I saw the avatar as a black woman with I want to say red long hair.

real answer: she is just an account to fill up the "made by" section in the "this room" tab and is just to test outfit items. that's why the rr team don't want to show her look.
