  • I dont know how people can be shonen fans and not have a constant desire to destroy themselves in the weight room.
  • no shade, Joey is not 10% bodyfat. that level of bodyfat is achieved by serious levels of diet or just straight starvation.

5:40 While im not personally a fan of crossfit since to me it seems pointless, I can still applaud him for starting to exercise more. But there is NO WAY that he is below 10% bodyfat. My guess would be that that is what his coach told him as some random bs ''estimate'', since theres just simply no way that hes at 10%. Being below 10% is bodybuilding level where you achieve it with very strict lean dieting, if anything I would guess joey is at 14-16% at best (which still mind you, is pretty lean)
  • Has back pain and gets into CrossFit 🤣🤣🤣

Personal trainer solves: you have money but no motivation to do research

Always great to get healthy, good on you! As with anything, if you have the means there is nothing wrong with getting a PT. Especially since there is nothing more important than your health, so the expense is always justified. I struggle with boredom with gym related stuff as you guys point out, so would love a PT for that, but I can religiously stick to a plan with my own cycling training - over 150 miles a week - and I love it, so I guess it’s good to try out different forms of fitness activities and find the one that sticks for you before going down the PT route.
  • One of the few things miss about high school is being on football team and lifting. Was fun hanging out with friends chilling and still working out so never felt boring or not wanting to go.
  • If you dont enjoy going to the gym, theres no way you will keep coming back long term
  • Been going to gym since I was 15 and I don't regret it even a bit. Being fit is just too freaking good. 😅😅😅
  • I find it hard to believe Joey is at 10% body fat, that remaining 10% must all be in his face or sumn cause no..lol

    CrossFit is notorious for injuries.

Im sorry Joey, but theres no way youre below 10% (it's actually not even healthy to be sub 10)...Either way, I'm glad and inspired by your fitness journey!!! Should post more so we can follow!
  • Exercise is like fighting a dark souls boss it’s hard, repetitive, and frustrating sometimes, but man is it rewarding at the end
  • Good for joey for getting into fitness, definitely not below 10% body fat though.....
  • As an experience lifter i can tell you, hiring a trainer is beneficial in the early stages, it helps you get a jump start and not fucked up every single exercise and your body, after that when u have learn if you dont have desire to compete or something, a trainer is not that necessary after you know what your doing. Btw JOEY ur not 10% body fat ur CRAAAZY
