'I know it's pretty early over there'... Germany is an hour ahead.

Foden finally played well for England. It's a miracle. Stick with this formation

Gotta give credit where credit is due. Southgate got it spot on last night! COME ON ENGLAND!! 🏴

I was at peace to going out to the Slovaks until the Jude miracle moment... after that, to still be in felt like a bonus. So even when the Swiss took the lead, I'd already accepted being out... but the resilience this England team have shown in all the knockout matches has made me believe again. Underdogs on Sunday... yes... but it's not always the favourite that takes the cup... need to evoke the spirits of Denmark 1992, Greece 2004 and Portugal 2016!!

Even Van Bastan and Seedorf would have been proud with Kobbie Mainoo Amazing performance as a teenager against the Dutch what a special teenager England have👏

People need to wake up a little bit finally from the whole 'Southgate is very lucky' narrative, it's so obviously coming from casual fans who base that on vague ideas about teams who have done well historically. The reality is that under Southgate, we never have a really difficult group, because we always qualify well, and go in as a seeded team. We usually get average opponents in the first few knock-outs because we've topped the group the last 3 tournaments we've been in, so we're always drawn against a team who didn't. It's not luck, it's literally the format of major cups working the ways it's supposed to. England should have been on the same side of the draw as France and Belgium, and everyone would have agreed that meant our side of the draw was harder... but France and Belgium finished 2nd in their groups. England didn't. If we had finished 2nd, we would have had to beat Germany, then Spain, then France to reach the final. But we didn't have to, because we won our group. If any other team and manager qualified as a seeded team for 4 consecutive tournaments, won the first match in 4 consecutive tournaments, topped the group in 3 consecutive tournaments, won the first knockout in 4 consecutive tournaments, won the quarters in 3 out of 4 tournaments, and reached the final in 2 out of 4 tournaments, and you said to your mates he was just lucky, they would laugh at you and tell you you don't understand football.

What a Dutch team... The lions roared late, but they roared.

Pretty early over there? It’s one hour ahead in Germany love.

By far the best performance by England this tournament. I thought we had two very difficult games with the Netherlands and then Spain now I think winning it is a possibility. For the first time they did not look afraid when we had the ball and they were positive going forward. Very entertaining match. I agree penalty was soft, defenders need to be able to try to block a shot, but nowadays they are given all the time so I don’t think it’s controversial. Thoroughly enjoyed it and what a finish from Watkins to win it. Top class.

lovely angle..

Love or hate Southgate, he's England best manager, at least in my lifetime. Bringing back hope after so many poor years deserves a lot of recognition. Yes, they started the tournament poorly, but they've gotten gradually better, and so fsr reached a new peak in the semi-final, which hopefully they can beat in the final. You look at Germany, who were many people's favourites. They peaked in the 1st game and gradually got worse until they were knocked out. Bring on Spain!

Mainoo and Foden class

The Swiss game was horrible, soporific. But the individual quality of the players was born out in that shootout. That quality then allowed the much better play vs the Dutch. The Brits outplayed them after a strong opening 20 minutes by the Dutch. A follower of the PL, the team play up and down the table seems the best in the world. So the whole lot of the team individuals all play normally at a very high level. They earned it. Ollie Watkins and Cole Palmer with fresh legs was awesome.

Can I just point out that Dumfries also pulled Foden back when he would have been through on goal and didn't get a card?! Was on a yellow. Yes it's not a goal but was saved from losing a man on the pitch.

Southgate should be incredibly proud getting back to back euro finals, I'm really hoping he and the players win the final

Tournament football isn't about playing beautiful football, its all about wining and moving on to the next game. Y'all criticized Southgate and the boys because they're not your favorite players from your clubs. Y'all should be ashamed.
