2:22 the best jumpscare from a commentator in the history of football ''ROONEY''
  • @remishehab3978
Force of nature. One of the best footballers to ever grace the Premier League.

it's so funny to see Rooney act so humble and mature nowadays, when he took no prisoners and was ruthless like an animal on pitch for years. Just a Top Top player.
  • Insane how he's hardly ever in any best all-time Premier League teams - what a legend 🙌🏻

5:42 "I think garnacho goal is better" Wayne Rooney. Just so humble

That first touch was nothing short of beautiful damn what control Wazza had. And just another reason that Rooney is in the top 10 greatest players
  • @keoniesmith7253
the amount of legendary players that played for manutd and wazza is still to date my favourite says it all...we miss this talent, tenacity, aggression, skills, bravery, goals, pace, power, strength this guy was a machine

11:50 The fact that even Rooney gives it up to Henry and says “he’s the greatest I’ve ever seen” wow! What a moment right there… that humility! Class

This lad had it all, kids work hard everyday and train their socks off to try to get better, but Rooney was the most naturally gifted player i ever seen, plus he would terrorise grown men when he was still a boy. I could watch him play football all day long and love every second of it. GGMU
  • My favourite player of all time, could play anywhere and was a proper team player. Unbelievable talent.
  • A generational talent, huge passion and a great leader, miss you captain ! ROONEY ROONEY ROONEY

People were saying Luke Little was the best 16 year old prodigy England had ever seen and I was just thinking, what about Wayne Rooney, went and scored a screamer against Arsenal on his debut then went to school the next day and probably had potato smiley faces for dinner and had a laugh with his mates, absolute generational talent

The 2000's was the golden age of Premier League strikers. Henry, Rooney, Drogba, Torres, Shearer, Van Nistelrooy, Owen, Berbatov, etc. Strikers back then just had a different aura about them than what we see nowadays. Even the likes of Anelka and Defoe were brilliant players That's not to say that the Premier League has a lack of talent at the moment but I can't really think of any Premier League strikers who currently have the same flair that those older players had Maybe wingers such as Salah and Son (not so much nowadays due to their age but certainly a few years ago) and potentially Saka and Foden in the next few years, but in terms of out and out strikers, there's really not really anyone who comes to mind who both has that flair and matches the same level of quality and consistency (Haaland is undoubtedly world class but I wouldn't exactly think of flair when describing him)

seriously i miss this guy so much, such a fighter for man utd, a player that makes the team so unpredictable, man utd could win even though they played very bad with this guy in the team, he carried loads of determination when he was playing, man utd miss rooney and of course the other players that played for Sir Alex ferguson, SAF makes a middle class player to become a high quality player, example of it is darron gibson, cleverley, johnny evans such a legend manager, even guardiola wins alot because of quality to his players that sticks to his philosophy, Sir alex is just a magician, miss those times

He's so humble, it's incredible for somone that good. Kids today can't even know how good he was.
  • @someenchilada
There will never be a player like him. Such a unique blend of skills.
  • One of my favourite players ever. Could watch him play for hours. Young Rooney from 04-09 was such a fierce, competitive and angry warrior on the pitch and his playstyle was at the time revealing. Would cover every inch of the turf and run and press like a madman for 90 minutes
