Paul & Chani - Their Story [Dune: Part Two]

Loved the way their story was portrayed, Paul going down the path he believes he must go on, and Chani seeing the man she loves turn into everything she hates, the tragedy is what makes it so impactful.

Dune Part 3 is going to be Heartbreaking, Heartwrenching, a love story for ages.

Paul and Chani love each other

Loved the last look Paul gave Chani in this film, Dune2. Both of their hearts were broken by what he had to do to secure Freedom of Freman. I loved the last three people standing are Princess, Paul and Chani. Paul standing in front of the Princess turns and looks at Chani. That action tells the Princess, she and Psul have a business deal and he loves that girl over there in the stil suit.

What an epic heart-wrenching tragedy, so beautifully portrayed. Unforgettable:

I absolutely love these two together I hate that Chani had such a tragic ending but they were still a beautiful couple and Paul’s love for her was that man’s one redeeming quality. He truly only loved Chani and stayed faithful to her till the end❤️

The ending of Dune Part Two honestly made me sad. Paul became entirely what his mother and many others before her planned for years beyond end. Paul became exactly what he didn’t want to become. He wanted to prove he could achieve the impossible without following the prophecy. Paul just wanted to be what Chani saw in him. She believed in Paul Atrides as the man he was. The man his father saw in him. That is all Paul wanted to be. A respected, trusted and worthy leader like his father was. His mother is evil in my eyes. She chose her religion over her own son, her own child. She would rather believe in a prophecy than believe in her own son to make his own choices. Not the choices the Bene Gessert made for him. I know the ending of Paul & Chani’s story and it is honestly a tale of sadness. Their characters both deserved better. Love your video and choice of songs. Thanks for uploading.

Probably the best rendition of the books. It's been a while since I read the books so the accuracy might be a bit off, but it is still simply amazing and the best two actors to play the key roles. Oh and the mother. PERFECT

This is one of my favourite love stories. Like these kinds of love stories are so beautiful yet tragic and bittersweet at the same time but this is one of the most greatest love stories. In my head for some reason, they kind of remind of Coriolanus and Lucy Gray. I mean, like Lucy Gray, Chani loves Paul but she does not know if she can trust him. And like Coriolanus, Paul loves Chani, but he broke his promise to her to not take power. That’s the reason why. Some of us may or may not know that the director is in fact making Dune 3 but obviously we don’t know when but hopefully we will see this couple together in the future.

Love them. Loved they gave chani agency (to elevated the film away from a white saviour trope) but I still want her and Paul to be together in the end somehow
