These days, due to their foolishness, I recommend not buying anything you can avoid buying from corporate america. Pay independent creators who actually make quality content.

3:28 speaking as someone in a wheelchair, this isn't empowering it's insulting pandering. I completely agree with you!
  • @johndodo2062
Any company that has access to this many great, pre-made characters and they still fail, have to be the dumbest people on the planet
  • So, they destroyed Sentry and turn him into a cheap copy of Zylar from Heroes, and then turn him into super disabled person of colour. What a trainwreck 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I am so done with Disney DEI crap and Marvel , This is beyond cringe.👺 .
  • @Samsung_Knignt
This Woke Era is an absolute outrage. Omfg!!! 😐😐😐
  • @Evoker23-lx8mb
As someone in a wheelchair, this is stupid. The sentry is damn near immortal with a healing factor on par with wolverine and deadpool someone with that power should not be able to have a disability.
  • @JayneMudder
I thought it was already obivous, they dont care about making money they want to spread the "message".
  • @carfox1860
Everybody here should send a letter to Disney pretending to be a diabled black woman and pumping them up for this character. It has to happen. I cannot wait for it. lol.
  • @freebarbecue622
Instead of using blue Marvel's story ,they decide to completely change and corrupt the sentrys🙄

One more thing. When writing an immensely powerful character, any half-decent writer will think of limitations to ensure that this character's power doesn't simply end the story instantly. For Bob Reynolds, this was a combo of being scared of unleashing the Void and being extremely mentally ill. That allowed writers to do stories about a character who, if i recall correctly, by original creator''s intent was supposed to rival Beyonder's power-level. This chick? She has no natural limits. The Void has already been exterminated by Donny Cates, turned from a mysterious and independent force into a mere fragment of Donny's oh-so-cool new villain(fuck Knull, seriously, i despise that storyline), and her disability is physical - which, as you have pointed out, shouldn't matter at all now that she's got Sentry's powers. So wtf are stories involving her gonna be like? Don't answer that, the question is largely rhetorical.

Crazy how ppl still support Marvel after this, fkin sad.
  • @denkerbosu3551
It's amazing. Even when they TRY to write heroics, self sacrificial characters, they SUCK at making a compelling story.
  • @dantekinkade8765
So they flat out went with the meme and made the hero a black woman in a wheelchair.
  • @Silverauram
Jesus, this sounds awful. More train wreck decisions from Marvel to avoid.
  • @conte1998
It makes sense that she is in a wheelchair. The healing factor is black, so it doesn't work 😂😂😂
  • @jamesstewart8376
They won’t make the mistake of casting incredibly hot males again.

Like i said in another comment about this story, you could really get to appreciate comics in which you can read first issue and immideately undestand precisely how the story's gonna develop, what twists and turns are gonna take place, how it will conclude and even what the ending panel's gonna be. More comics should do that, tbh. Saves precious time.
