  • I love this episode. I’m tired of the boring boxes that are 300 sq feet. 600 sq feet is still tiny but you build in on land you own and it feels more cozy. You can live simply but with a bit of elbow room. I love how you can make it small but still give it shape, height, interesting dimension, character, and be creative with the look and space without just being a shoebox on wheels. This has a yard albeit small and it’s in a neighborhood and fits with the neighboring charm. I want more episodes like this.

They don't think the 'backyard' is big enough but they are the ones that choose the lot.
  • I begin watching this show for the Tiny Homes but now I watch to see what Zac is going to create next.
  • @J_acke
Wow! As usual Zac is a total genius!! He always comes up with the perfect fit/fix!! The mimosa bar, the bed, the storage, colors, just amazing! Hope they will be happy there!
  • This is probably by FAR my very MOST FAVORITE out of all the tiny homes they hve done!
  • I was shocked at all the open spaces in the loft, bedroom and living room. Wall space that could be made into closets with magnetic closures and those doors painted or stained to match other walls. Disappearing in the process. I agree the ingenuity of the carpenter is surprising. AND GOOD. I like the format of the program. That was more of a medium house than a tiny house.. Nice program.

I really love these builders, they make the impossible, possible! God bless you all guys and more blessings to your channel….😊Thank you so much for sharing your video..🙏🙏
  • Great job overall, it’s soooo cute. I would have made a few changes like a lighter ceiling, less wood paneling and I would have removed the tree and moved the house forward just a bit to give the backyard more useable space and planted a tree more to the left. But again, overall it is adorable and they should make more places at this square footage.
  • All this for 50,000? What does the 50,000 include, it is awesome!
  • Why didn't they just make the whole backyard a patio? Regardless, it looks amazing.❤❤❤ Zack is the best hands down 😊
  • Great job love outside space looking for wood to make my own table that folds down
  • @UrOnlyWarning
I am going to need Zack to upload the plans for that patio seat / table combo 😮😊❤ And CHEERS GUYS. You all have an amazing space. Congrats.🥂🍾 John and Zack Mind blowing as always. This one is top 5 in favorites 😊
  • Wow,,simply BEAUTIFUL!!!! You guys never cease to amaze me!!
  • @nata3467
crazy how close this is to the house to the right of it
  • Nice house, but what a sad front yard: all water-sucking lawn, no native plants, no used space. Old school.
