    This is the second video of yours I’m doing after a shoulder injury and some knee issues (from years ago) and I’m so glad you have included all the cues on which muscles to initiate with, how not over extend into our knee, etc. Thank you for taking the time to do those things. I thought I’d be so sore after, and yes, I’m sore, but my knee isn’t swollen and my shoulder feels even better! Hoping to continue with more of your videos to help me strengthen. I’ve missed doing pilates!!!
