I agree dancing and singing is the best therapy by far. This is what our ancestors did around the campfire at night to relieve stress of hunting or being hunted.

Thank you..I believe I’ve come to a similiar feeling about the healing of my bodies’ limitations with dancing. Dancing has always been a pleasant thing, no negative associations and even if I can’t do what I once did that association of ‘I can do this’ gives me a natural momentum forward and the unconditional good vibe. 😊 Will love to hear more about your observations and the ideas inspired. Subscribed.😊

I dance at home now, I don’t feel safe dancing in public anymore. I have had my drink spiked many times in my life. I have also been sexually assaulted while people watched and laughed. I don’t feel like I’ve really been depressed as I’ve defined the word depression as suicidal and I’m certainly never been in that fight, and I feel for anyone that has, but I’ve suffered grief many times in my life that I’ve always told myself I love myself, no matter how people treat me. I think everyone should learn to do this always have a big heart then you sleep well at night.

It's interesting. I did dance 💃 in my younger years. I didn't like it. I'm not interested in night clubs or anything like that. Yet I enjoy dance and trance music 🎶. I actually like to dance when no one is watching to songs.
