Dr. Cripe is the Chief of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology/Blood and Marrow Transplant at Nationwide Children's Hospital, a principal investigator in the Nationwide Children's Hospital Research Institute, and Professor of Pediatrics at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. His insights about cancer come from 25 years of practice as a childhood cancer doctor and scientist. He has learned there is reason for hope, but suggests we need to reconsider what we know about advanced cancer biology to cure it. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx

Dr Edos is great. He has been very attentive to my health issues. I have had complicated health problems and he has addressed them all. He is very kind and patient. I am very grateful for him
  • So glad to hear someone mention epigenetics. Where are the TED talks on research into the lifestyle issues that cause cancer and how to avoid them, instead of just fattening drug company coffers.

You know whats weird.. My mother has colon cancer and is untreatable, they gave her all sorts of chemo, radiation and after that simply gave up. Maybe food cant cure it but why dont they tell people that it can also increase efficiency on chemo? It truly makes me think its more about money then the wealth op people. I pray that my mother gets better even tho she moved out of the house today and im alone and I wont rest untill I found out what I can do. I know many of you are in the same situation and I hope you find ur cure and same urself or your beloved ones.
