The suspected drunk driver who allegedly plowed into a group of people celebrating the Fourth of July on the Lower East Side was arraigned Saturday. He's now facing a long list of charges, including DWI and homicide. CBS New York's Kristie Keleshian reports.

    When B.O.B crine happens I get confused and become just speechless...both sides are hurting...nobody's winning in this situation...my heart and condolences to the victims' family and especially that fine 43yr old lady. I'm 44 and I feel the loss. RIP
