A fourth person has died after an alleged drunk driving crash on July 4th, and new data shows an alarming increase in pedestrian deaths in New York City. CBS New York's Naveen Dhaliwal reports.

    Tell those stupid pedestrians who do j-walking to stop doing that and to stop running into cars while it’s the drivers right of way. It will save their lives.
