  • I had a drunk dad who gave me such a whack to the face one night, I felt a “crack” and blinding pain. I woke up the next morning with a swollen nose and my eyes looked black even though I was only hit in the nose. It wasn’t broken, it was fractured. He was too afraid of taking me to get treated for fear of social services taking me away upon finding out why I was even there. I was 8. Since then, my nose has been a huge source of anxiety, shame and ridicule. I finally got a rhinoplasty several years ago and not only do I finally feel at peace with my nose, like I finally have the nose I should’ve had all along, I can finally breathe properly. I lived with a deviated septum as a result, I had impaired breathing and had no idea all these years, and it’s only NOW I can feel the difference. So, to all you criticizing those who get plastic surgery, abstractly prejudging that we ALL get it because we have some type of dysmorphic body issue and only do it for pleasing others, you can get in line to kiss my daisy white ass 👋😬!
  • Oh gosh, Kate Beckinsale’s nose is amazing to me but also her cheeks and brow bone, lips, chin and jawline are perfection too

One thing I never hear mentioned is the fact that like all cosmestic surgery procedures, rhinoplasty is not permanent as you nose grows or cartilage etc. changes.

My nose slimmed down after accutane as well. ALOT. I believe it was due to inflammation ,swelling . But obviously your nose will not slim down on Accutane if you are not already dealing with inflammation and swelling

Hello from Perú Dr. Anthony Youn ❤️ I love your videos, even I have to watch it 2 times sometimes 😂because I speak in Spanish but it's a good way to improve my English skill.

I could not stop laughing when Dr Youn said, “noses sag with age”. I immediately had a vision of a saggy nose… mine. 😂😅😂. Not a good look. 😂😂😂

I wish you would do one more nose . I have hated my nose my whole life.

I did a little research on the anatomy of the nose because my issue is a little different having had a prosthesis implanted where there was missing bone directly under the base of my nose above the filtrum, and cleft lip and it turns out all I really need is a strengthening and lengthening of the medial crus to create a supratip break ...the one I used to have as a kid. That would give me more projection at the nasal tip as well. I heard of a sutra technique, too, but I don't know if that works with me or how permanent that is. But definitely, that medial crus being longer and stronger would push my nose up back to where it once was. When I grasp my columnella; that thick piece of tissue that separates your nostrils, and I pull it out and up. My nose looks absolutely normal again. Full silicone nasal implants sound not so good.I've seen people having to get them taken out, so I wonder if there's a silicone prosthetic medial crus that can be implanted if that's all I need.
  • I had 4 (!!!!!) rhinoplasties. My nose is still too big and all the scarring inside the nose now make it look bigger again and I also have problems breathing. I should have stopped after the 1st one.....
  • @katniss4670
Blake lively and Scarlett Johansen both had very well executed rhinoplasties .

Dr I wonder if massaging the base of the nose in upward motions whilst securing the nose with the fingers just below eye level will help nose not to grow longer and dip forward. Some facial yoga people are showing it does. Many thanx.

I don’t knock it till you try it I’m a cosmetologist I’ve been to all different salons with all different skin care products and I can tell you the only thing that made my skin clear up and healed was washing my face once maybe twice a day or twice an day and using NEOSPORIN as a acne spot treatment
