My aunt has diabetes and Ozempic had been helping her a lot until it became a trend to take it for weight loss. Now there are shortages and she can't get it so she's had to take other things that don't work as well. It's so unfair in my opinion

My concern with people taking Ozempic for weight loss,is that the loss may not be maintainable. I lost 93lb between 2008-2009. As I have said before I love Dolly Parton and I really love listening to her music and some of her songs. I have square danced to some of her songs. I am old enough to remember Boy George and I love his recording of Karma Chameleon. I hear that song on the radio all the time when I'm at the campground. Dr. Youn, your medical advice confirmed what I always felt. I never felt it was a good idea to take a pill to loose weight, and that is why I delete all the posts on the keto diet when it comes up on my Facebook page. I honestly believe eating a healthy diet which includes a variety of vegetables and fruits is the best way to stay physically fit. I also appreciate it when your said a person as they age should have a little weight on them because it may be useful if they get ill. That is something I never thought of but I am at that age, and I do fall in that category. Dr. Youn, I really will benefit from the information you gave on weight lose in this particular video.

I have gastroparesis, basically a paralyzed stomach and it is hell.i don’t know why people are taken Ozempic. Oh yay, people are superficial instead of putting in the work to lose weight. I pray for anyone who has diabetes because the shortages are no joke. Why can’t we just love the skin that we are in and make healthful choices.

Berberine gas been helpful, in moderation. It has helped with gastric issues and must be helping with blood sugar bcuz I have lost some weight,as well. Wish I'd taken a more recent baseline blood test before I started taking this supplement,however, things have improved in terms of my digestive issues. Berberine does have some warnings, so read up or speak to a professional before taking. Research it and start with less than recommended dose. It is supposwd to be cycled,as well. Regarding Madonna and her plastic surgery, she's been doing stuff for years. I read that someone who used to jog with her , i believe a former assistant, said her scalp looked like a roadmap from the surgeries at that point..this was at keast 20 years ago.
