I appreciate Chalene being so honest. I am alot older and was part of the fitness world in the 90's- I did some permenant damage to myself that I am dealing with now.😊🙏💪

This interview feels like it was designed for me! I never think about menopause at age 42, but I'm definitely experiencing some of these changes, whether I acknowledge them or not. I feel motivated to manage my health proactively but have felt pretty clueless at the same time. Thank you both for your work!

I’m just getting started watching this. I can’t wait! (I do wish the doctor could re-do the opening and pronounce her name correctly. I believe she pronounces her name sha-lean. The doctor said SHAY-lean. Names are important. It takes a lot of humility on her part to not correct him.) I love Chalene!! She has helped so many women!

with the progressive strength training, when do you stabilize the weights you can lift? is there a limit? or just til you feel you fatigue at which weights?
