Family walks in on four men burglarizing their Encino home

Los Angeles police are investigating the fifth burglary in two weeks targeting upscale homes in the San Fernando Valley. The latest break-in occurred Wednesday evening in the 5000 block of Rubio Avenue, just two blocks south of the 101 Freeway. A woman told police that she came home to find four masked men ransacking her home after breaking through a window.

    It used to be is you saw people who did not live in your neighborhood and you didn’t recognize them you could call the police. NOW if you call and they are of a different look you will be the bad person.
