I used to live in Encino and in the early 90''s as the demographics changed I could see crime coming from L.A. moving into the valley, i.e. Van Nuys, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Woodland Hills, Calabasas, Thousands Oaks, etc... and here we are. Sad to see my old hood being invaded like this!
