To be fair, Storm has had a mohawk in the comics in the past, but if they aren't going to present the storylines or circumstances that explain WHY she made that particular choice, there's no reason to do it. Hell, even a washed down version of the Morlock storyline would be okay, IMO.

X-Men ‘97 was absolutely amazing! A rare Disney W with this one. The first two episodes felt so sincere, and I didn’t feel like I was watching a different show. I can’t wait for the next episodes to come out!

X-Men age of Apocalypse's storm wasn't bad (albeit the movie was). Her portrayal was basically a mix of her origin (where she lived as a thief in Cairo after her parents got killed) + her 80's design mohawk-like hair .

Great. Just gotta Love how they’re massacring Storm by wanting to make her appear more masculine in appearance. It’s bad enough that Marvel can never allow her to be happy with T’challa. But now they have to take Storm (Who’s one of the sexiest women in all of fiction) and make her a Butch too. Fucking K*LL ME already.
