It's like an ad when big companies make movies, when the gameplay looks interesting and BAM, completely different and uninteresting.

In other words she'll be another stunning and brave GIRLBOSS who don't need no man; rejects all forms of love, femininity and is all about herself. Yep totally not the character whatsoever.

Take away the chain bikini from the character who invented the chain bikini, and watch the customers avoid the theaters. The first actress was a total miscast, the second barely better. Get some figure bodybuilder with a bit of talent a red dye and some acting training and you are golden. But changing her whole background is a immediately cold shower for all fans, and a sure loss of the guaranteed majority of tickets sold. And no, women wont visit the theaters in doves just because you avoided the male gaze; they will be as interested as before - and that's barely anyone.

Call me crazy but if you're going to change the character's personality, story and looks you might as well save yourself some money and change her name too
