Thanks for the informative video! I had forgotten what PCOS was an acronym for, but I was thankful that you posted it in a hashtag beneath the video. Your voice is very relaxing and easy to listen to, so I appreciate all of the videos you post! I also have Ehlers Danlos syndrome.

Very informative. I can now see that my issues might be highly related to my PCOS. Its amazing to see how something so simply can affect the whole mind and body. But its also good to know that by controlling it, the rest will come into place
