That’s a little baby , I am so emotional for her. To carry a child for nine months, to raise and mold your child into the man he should be . It’s so heartbreaking. My heart is so heavy for this mother, a pain you’ll never forget.

"They didn't have the lights on the ambulance! I ain't stupid!" I felt that so deeply! Prayers going up for this mother and all who knew and loved young PJ!

May this child and family get justice. No one deserves this 🙁

I understand her pain. My son was 33 when he went missing for almost a year before I found out he was shot in the head in cold blood by a so called trusted friend. I've never been the same I miss him every day. A Mother's love for her child is forever and ever💔

I'm not a mother but I feel for her. I lost 5 friends throughout my life, all due to murder and suicide. I know losing a child is different than losing a friend. The way this mother smiles and lights up when she talks about her son demonstrates a true love for her child. Although I’m sorry for her loss, I’m extremely grateful that God allowed PJ’s last day on earth to be filled with friends, family, and football; he did what he loved to do and was full of joy and accomplishment. He enjoyed the championship game, his teammates, his family, his video game, and even his last meal! Despite her loss, this mom continues to pour into those boys in the community and on his team. I pray that God continues to use you to be a blessing to others. I also pray that He gives you, your son, your family, and PJ’s teammates and their parents strength, comfort, and peace. Rest In Peace, PJ! Your eternal jersey awaits you in Heaven!!!

Long live PJ. Sounds like he was such a fun kid and would be joyous to be around. He did not deserve this- he was going on to do great things. Such a great family and mother. He loved you so much mom and he's so proud of what you have done to help other kids and giving back to the community. In our hearts forever!!!!
